Activate Your Project Ares Account

New Players and Admin accounts are created for you from an invitation email or a provided username. Once this is received, you can complete the initial sign-in.

Steps

If you received an invitation email from Project Ares:

  1. Open the invitation email and click Accept Invitation & Set Password.
  2. On the Set Your Password page, enter a password of at least 8 characters in Password and again in Confirm Password.
  3. Click Set Password. After the Password Set Successfully message, you’ll be taken to the login page.
  4. Enter your email and your new password, then click Sign In.

If you received a username and temporary password from an admin:

  1. Go to the Project Ares login page, projectares.app.
  2. Enter your username and temporary password, then click Sign In.
  3. When you’re prompted to change your password, enter a new password in both fields.

Troubleshooting

Invitation Email Missing – Check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, contact Circadence Support to resend the email or confirm the email address on your account.

Invitation Expired – Invitation links expire after 7 days. Contact Circadence Support to resend your invitation.

Invitation Invalid – The link is incomplete or incorrect. Open the link directly from your most recent invitation email, or contact Circadence Support to resend it.

Invitation Already Accepted – Your account is already set up. Go to the login page and sign in. If you’ve forgotten your password, see Reset Your Project Ares Password.

Invalid email or password – Check your username and temporary password for typos, and make sure Caps Lock is off. If it still fails, contact Circadence Support.

This name is already taken – Someone else is using that display name. Names aren’t case-sensitive: “Hacker1” and “hacker1” count as the same. Try a different one.

Agreement Declined – You clicked Decline and Exit. You must accept the agreement to use Project Ares. Sign back in and click Accept to continue.
