Leaderboards

Leaderboards are used to see how you rank against other players within your organization and/or group by XP and hours played.

Steps

For Players:

  1. In the top banner, click LEADERBOARD.
  2. Choose a time period: This Month, All-Time or Custom.
    • For Custom, pick a From and To date, then click Apply.
  3. Your Position is displayed above the leaderboard.
    • Your row in the table is marked (You).
    • Hrs. Played is your total time in modules.
    • XP shows your total XP in modules.
  4. Groups:
    • If you’re in more than one group, click the group name above LEADERBOARD to switch groups, or choose All Groups.
    • If you’re not in a group, you rank against your whole organization.

For Admins and Group Managers:

Group managers use the same leaderboard as admins, with these differences:

    • They see only the users of the groups they manage.
    • They don’t appear on the leaderboard of a group they manage.
  1. In the Admin portal, click Leaderboard.
  2. Choose what to rank by: Items Completed, Paths Completed, Experience or Path Scores.
    • For Path Scores, select a learning path.
  3. Set a date range, or type in Search by name… to find a player.
  4. To hide a member from a group’s leaderboard, go to Groups, open the group, and turn on the Exclude from this group’s leaderboard switch on that member’s row.
    • This only hides them from that group’s player leaderboard; their XP and progress are unchanged.

Troubleshooting

Not Ranked – You haven’t earned XP in the selected period yet. Complete a module to get ranked.

No Rankings Yet – Nobody in your group or organization has earned XP in the selected period.

Missing Players – An admin may have excluded them from that group’s leaderboard. Group managers don’t appear on the leaderboard of a group they manage by default.
