Scott Wright, CISA, is a seasoned security awareness practitioner and gamification expert. With over 15 years of experience teaching information security, he is passionate about helping teams build a more positive and inclusive security culture. Scott began conducting phishing simulations before tools were available to measure ‘click rates.’
As the creator of the Honey Stick Project in 2009, Scott has lost over 100 cell phones and USB drives in his career, striving to study the opportunistic threats faced by mobile devices lacking passwords. In 2019, Scott founded Click Armor, the first fully interactive, gamified cybersecurity training platform designed to teach employees to manage risks in all roles.
Since 2009, he has also been a co-host of the Shared Security Podcast, with over 300 episodes published. Most recently, Scott established the Cyber Security Awareness Forum community, which hosts bi-weekly live panel sessions on various topics surrounding security awareness and human risk management.
